What is a Character Coach?
You are there to SERVE which means finding a need on a team and meeting that need.
A Character Coach is a trusted volunteer presence on the team that assists the coaching staff with the character development of student athletes. The goal of the Character Coach is to assist the coaching staff in developing their athletes beyond the field and their careers of athletics Their purpose is to engage and serve the coach and their staff and to implement a pre-determined character development program for the team.
